The F -BOX 20ft wagon is designed for the transport of iron ore to a steelworks equipped with special unloading facilities (deep bunkers). However, it can also be used for the transport of other bulk materials with high specific weights that are not sensitive to moisture.
The F-BOX bodies are 20ft long and can accommodate around 29m³ of loading volume. The BaseFrame 40ft can transport up to 65t of payload in the middle position. This means that a 20ft F -BOX body can be combined with two 10ft coil loading frames. This means that transports of raw materials (ore / HBI, coal, gravel, etc.) can be combined with finished products (coils up to 32t).
